This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to appoint Mr.C.Suresh Kumar, Advocate, Tirunelveli District, as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting the case in S.C.No.7 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned II-Additional Sessions Court(PCR), Tirunelveli, as per Rule 4(5) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995 within the stipulated time.

This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
