PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the R1 and R2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members to ensure the life and limb based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2022.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members to ensure the life and limb based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2022. 2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 22.02.2022 to the first respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
