PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.825 of 2022:- To call for the records and set aside the Judgement dated 31.10.2022 made in S.C.No.19 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Theni.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANOHARAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14958 of 2022 in Crl.A. (MD)No.825 of 2022 dated 02.12.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.4481 of 2023 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
