This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.88 of 2013, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
