ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaints of the petitioners dated 23.02.2016 and thereupon conduct investigation in accordance with law and file the final report before the Court concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint preferred by one of the depositors, a case has been registered in Crime No.1 of 2016 for an offence under Section 406 IPC. According to the learned Government Advocate, all the petitioners herein have been cited as witnesses in Crime No.1 of 2016 and even if they are not witnesses, the respondents shall enquire into the grievance of the depositors petitioners and include them as witnesses to the extent needed.
