This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.01.2016 and proceed with the same as per law. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on the ground that the complainant agreed to receive the money from the proposed accused or he would work out his remedy before the civil Court and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
