PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order and judgment, dated 28.07.2023 in W.P(MD)No. 21953 of 2021 passed by this Court and punish the respondent under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act.
