ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to call for the records in connection with the case in Cr.No. 123 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent and Quash the same Accused 3 so far as concerned as illegal .

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 123 of 2021 and also filed final report before the PCR Court, Thoothukudi on 28.01.2022 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
