The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the First Information Report pertaining to the case in Crime No.189 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.119 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
