This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1, 3 and 4 to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner to construct the culvert across the Maranadu Supply channel to access the petitioner's land in S.No.137/4 and 137/5 in Thoothai Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having work order to put up bridge across the Maranadu supply channel and seeks police protection for the same.

3. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request in the manner known to law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,. 19.02.2026 PJL Note:Issue order copy on 20.02.2026.
