PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.8328 of 2014 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and to quash the same. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.8328 of 2014 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and to quash the same.

2. What is challenged is a notice issued by the Court requiring the presence of the petitioner. As no final adjudication is made, this petition is premature. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below.
