Dhanuskodi ..Respondent / Complainant This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set side the order dated 12.08.2013 passed in Crl.R.C.No.35 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District cum Sessions Judge/Special Court for Essential Commodities Act, Thanjavur, thereby confirming the order dated 05.09.2012 passed in C.M.P.No.6887 of 2012 in S.T.C.No.2373 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam. For Petitioner : Mr.N.R.Balaji The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the complaint before the lower Court itself is dismissed and hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
