This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P. No. 133 of 2021, on the file of Family Court, Thoothukudi and transfer to the file of Family Court, Nagercoil.

2.The petitioner is residing at Thoovalai and has two years old child. Since, she is a lady, could not travel from Thoovalai to Thoothukudi for each and every hearings.

3.Considering the above facts, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P. No. 133 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, (*)Thoothukudi is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, (*)Nagercoil @ Kanyakumari District. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
