ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.365 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.When this matter is taken up for hearing, both parties appeared before this Court along with their respective counsel and a memorandum of understanding has been filed, entered into between the petitioners https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the defacto complainant. The same reflects the settlement of

dispute between the parties. The said memorandum of understanding shall form part of the records.

4.Accepting the same, this Court allows this petition. Accordingly, the proceedings in Crime No.365 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent, shall stand quashed inso far as these petitioners are concerned.
