It is a petition seeking direction to the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry without following due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed and that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also given a complaint and the same has been enquired into and closed.
