ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent wherein the request of the petitioner for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of Plant and Machinery Certificate have been rejected.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he would like to withdraw the writ petition. Further he submits that the observation made in the impugned order shall not affect his participation in the future tender.
3.A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the petitioner's technical bid has been rejected on the grounds that certain documents are not genuine. 2/4
However, this would not attract the Clauses of the tender document for blacklisting the petitioner. It is made clear that no proceedings shall be initiated as against the writ petitioner for blacklisting him on the observations made in the impugned order.
