This petition is filed to withdraw the charge sheet in C.C.No.5 of 2010, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and transfer the same to any Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been over and the accused person was acquitted on 11.01.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
