(MD).No. 168 of 2018 dated on 05.03.2018 the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
