(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to transfer the investigation from DCB / 5th respondent by directing the 6th respondent to appoint an officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID to investigate the case in Crime No.18 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Crime Branch, Sivagangai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 5 and 6 would submit that investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the jurisdictional Court. 3.This being the factum, no further consideration needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
