ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to file a final report in Crime No.391 of 2015 dated 11.07.2015 on the file of the respondent No.2 offences under Sections 147, 120(b), 406, 468, 471 and 420 IPC and proceed with the same as per law.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
