ORDER

It is a petition seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to give necessary direction to the 2nd Respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 12/2015 and to file Final Report within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing the investigation, the case in Crime No.12/2015 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi.
