ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation of Crime No.219 of 2017, on the file of the 3rd respondent, to any other specialized agency.
2.The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in Cr.No.219 of 2017. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's brother's son, by name, Karthik, when crossing one Karuppaiah's house, died because of the explosion of explosives, which was unlawfully possessed by the accused.
3.The third respondent has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, it is stated that the investigation is completed and a charge sheet is filed on 04.09.2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kuzhithalai, Karur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Since, the entire investigation is over and the charge sheet
has already been filed and the trial also commenced, no scope for further enquiry or investigation. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Petition and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
