PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the warrant against the 3rd respondent issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur in C.C.No.454 of 2013, dated 12.02.2014.

O R D E R

This direction petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the warrant against the 3rd respondent issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur in C.C.No.454 of 2013, dated 12.02.2014.

2.When the matter was posted for admission 02.06.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took adjournment and the same was posted on 09.06.2014. Thereafter, on two occasion, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournments only. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
