The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with crime No.96 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.47 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
