ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint, dated 29.05.2017 given by the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is stated that the petitioner gave a complaint against some persons who received a sum of Rs.31 Lakhs from the petitioner, but refused to repay the same.

4. The transaction appears to be a money transaction between the petitioner and the persons against whom the petitioner is now making allegations.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired into and closed. He further submitted that the matter is purely civil in nature.

6. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
