Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Not Known / 2019, dated 26.06.2019 and quash the same as illegal consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conducting Adal Padal on 11.07.2019 during the conducting festival of Arulmighu Sri Pathirakaliyamman Kovil, Perurani, Thimmarajapuram, Thoothukudi District.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Not Known / 2019, dated 26.06.2019 and consequently, direct the respondents to permit him to conduct Adal Padal program on 11.07.2019, at Arulmighu Sri Pathirakaliyamman Kovil, Perurani, Thimmarajapuram, Thoothukudi District.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection to conduct the Adal Padal program.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
