ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.05.2019, insofar as in filling up one post of Watchman and one post of Sweeper sanctioned to the seventh respondent Government High School is concerned, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.47, School Education (R1) Department, dated 02.03.2012 and in furtherance of the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.100729/A2/E1, dated 24.03.2012, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
3.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.05.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
