Koodankulam Tirunelveli District.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to grant permission and accord protection for conducting the Kabadi Tournament scheduled for 2 days i.e. on 06.07.2019 at 4.00 pm to 07.07.2019 at 06.00 a.m. and 07.07.2019 at 4.00 p.m. to 08.07.2019 at 06.00 a.m. in West Koodal City Ground. Koodankulam Tirunelveli District.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the request of the petitioner has already been considered by the respondents and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
