ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 366 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The defacto complainant and the victim girl appeared before this Court. The victim girl handed over 7 1⁄2 sovereigns of gold, Laptop and a mobile phone to the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant, who being the father of the victim girl with tears submitted that his hardwork, sweat and sacrifice have gone in vain and he had provided education to the victim girl and she had completed her studies in B.Com.

4. It is seen that the victim girl attained majority and she is willing to live with the petitioner and she does not want to go with defacto complainant. The defacto complainant submitted that the victim girl may be sent to any home for a period of one or two months so that she can realize her mistake. But the victim is adamant to go with the petitioner. It is for the victim girl to take a call about her future.

5. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed.
