This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the records pertaining to Charge Sheet in C.C.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases), Theni under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 423, 465, 468 and 471 IPC.

2.After a detailed and elaborate argument, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
