Respondent/Respondent Prayer in Crl.MP(MD)No.3726 of 2023 :- Criminal Miscellaneous petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to extend the time granted for paying arrear amount of maintenance in order dated 02.12.2022 made in Crl R.C (MD) No. 473 of 2020 to a period of 6 months pending disposal of the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

Prayer in Crl.MP(MD)No.3726 of 2023 :- Criminal Revision petition has been filed under section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the order dated 06.06.2020 in M.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the family Court, Tirchirappalli and set aside the same as illegal. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day

and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Ajmal Associates for M.U.Mohammed Aslam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R.Venkatesan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

"The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditional order passed by this Court dated 09.12.2022 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.473 of 2020 has been regularly complied with by the petitioner.

2. The said submission is accepted by the learned counsel for the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents further submitted that as per the order of this Court, the petitioner regularly depositing the maintenance amount in the Court but it has been paid belatedly. Hence, the learned counsel requested this Court that the said amount may be paid in the first week of every month.

3. The said grievance of the respondent is bonafide one and hence, this Court specifically directs the petitioner to deposit the amount in the first week of every month.
