This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner grievance along with relevant medical record while filing charge sheet in the said Crime No.440 of 2014 dated 27.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would, on instructions, submit that the investigation in Crime No.440 of 2014 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.262 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri for offences under Sections 452, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act against this petitioner and two others.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
