This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to organize the music orchestra programs on 06.07.2019 and 08.07.2019 from 08.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m. at Sriman Narayanasamy Temple ground at Chidambarapuram with light and sound, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2019. 2.Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2019 has already been considered by the respondent Police, granting permission to conduct programs and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
