ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2025 and further direct respondents to conduct enquiry and pass the final order within a time frame may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the Government allotted land, the petitioner and others are living peacefully and while so, the named persons in the representation along with others are attempting to evict the petitioner and others from the said land. Therefore, he has given a representation on 04.08.2025 to take action and for conducting enquiry. However, he would submit that since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/4
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that on considering the representation of the petitioner, necessary orders would be passed by the 3rd respondent.
5. Considering the said submission made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
