ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to fill up the post of Middle School Headmaster and B.T. Assistant, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2019, in the light of the proceedings of the Director of Elementary Education, dated 19.11.1999.

2.Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.06.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 08.07.2019.
