PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2019 to measure the petitioner's land bearing Survey Number 160/2T at measuring 8.5 cents situated at Mayanur Village Group, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District and identify the four boundaries in the said property.

Hence, the learned counsel seeks liberty to submit a fresh representation to the authorities concerned.
