Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to bring the petitioner's son, namely, Ashwinkumar, aged about 32 years from Central Prison, Bangalore, Karnataka to Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu by Road transfer for proper medical treatment for his mental illness and behavioral disorders in the light of order passed by the learned XXXIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge for NDPS Cases, Bangalore, Karnataka, dated 01.03.2021, after paying necessary cost based on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.03.2021.
