ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SANKARA PANDIAN, Advocate for M/S.C.ARUL VADIVEL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.GOVINDARAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- By an order dated 09.02.2021, this Court had granted interim stay on condition to deposit the entire award amount with accrued interest to the credit of Arbitration O.P.No.93/2015 before the Principal District Court, Madurai, on or before 09.03.2021. On 10.03.2021, this petition appears to have been filed. 2.We have noticed that in the earlier order instead of typing Arbitration O.P.No.93/2015, it is wrongly typed as MCOP No.93/2015. The same hereby stands modified.

To comply with the condition, six weeks time is granted from today, failing which, the interim order already granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this court. It is made clear that no further extension petition will be entertained at any cost.
