Though this Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to promote the petitioner as Driver of the Tractor of Devathanapatti Town Panchayat, by disposing his representation dated 13.02.2019, as per G.O.Ms.No.37, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Town Panchayat) Department, dated 01.02.2011, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted his relief for issuing a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2019.
