PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members. ORDER

According to the petitioner, without issuing notice to the petitioner, he has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that notice has been served to the petitioner and a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner, her son as well as her husband. He further submits that since the case has been registered, the appearance of the petitioner is not required for enquiry at present.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
