ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.135 of 2019.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.135 of 2019 of Gandarvakottai Police Station, Pudukkotai is underway and prayed for three months time to file a final report. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.135 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
