O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu for production of his son viz., K.Sheik Mohamed aged 32 years before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.

2. The detenu is present before us. He informed the Court that he is not in illegal custody.

3. It appears that there appears to be a dispute between the father and son with regard to the prospective marriage of the latter.

4. Since the detenu is a major, recording his submission, he is set at liberty. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
