ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 452, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.
646 of 2010, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the absence of the petitioners, non bailable warrant was issued against them on 16.06.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to absence of the petitioners for one hearing, non bailable warrant was issued against them and they may be directed to approach the Court for recalling the warrant.
4.Considering the fact that non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners for their absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and to file a petition for recalling the warrant and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
