ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.519 of 2011 is present in person before this Court. He states that the matter has been amicably resolved and that the proceedings before the Court below can be closed and the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition can be set aside.

2.The parties have filed a memo of compromise. Both the parties are present in person before this Court. Accordingly, the order impugned in this Civil Revision Petition is set aside and this Civil Revision Petition is allowed.

3.The Executing Court is directed to close E.P.No.76 of 2013 on production of a copy of this order. Since an attachment has been made in respect of the property in question, in view of allowing of this Civil Revision Petition, the attachment is directed to be raised. The executing Court is directed to mark a copy of the order raising attachment to the concerned Sub Registrar officer, who shall in turn cancel the encumbrance.
