This petition is filed to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for survey his land by the way of considering his representation dated 09.04.2014. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to his life and limb through a representation dated 09.04.2014. Now, 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
