O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to perform the program of Adal Padal on 07.07.2019, night at about 08.00 PM to 12.00 AM at Arulmigu Sri Sengamala Nachiamman Thirukovil, situated at Indira Nagar, Sivaji Nagar, Membalam, Thanjavur District and to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal on 07.07.2019, night at about 08.00 PM to 12.00 AM at Arulmigu Sri Sengamala Nachiamman Thirukovil, situated at Indira Nagar, Sivaji Nagar, Membalam, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thanjavur District, the petitioner made a representation on 25.06.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
