This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that only petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not harassed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being forced to settle the amount.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that no attempt shall be made to make any payment by force.
