This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in STC.No.359 of 2013, on the filed of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner/accused was ended in acquittal and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
