It is a petition seeking direction to the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner herein is the prime accused/A1 in Crime No.378 of 2016, which has been registered on 12.07.2016 under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

4. Recording the submission, this petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
