Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent police herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.10.201.7 made before the first respondent.

ORDER
The petitioner who is 73 years old man has come forward with the prayer directing the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner states that his son was running a business by supplying goods and collecting money in installments. It is stated that the petitioner's son incurred huge loss and that thereafter, many people have approached the petitioner to pay money the petitioner's son had collected from them. It is in connection with some complaints which were lodged against the petitioner's son, it is stated by the petitioner that he is being harassed by the second respondent.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there was no harassment, as no complaint was received as against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
will be issued summons, even if he is required to be present for any enquiry in connection with the complaint received against the petitioner's son.
5. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
